Monthly Visitor Analysis

1. BUILD: Analyzes month to month increase or decrease trends as a ratio
Calculate as: Month visitors divided by last month visitors = BUILD

2. TY% to LY: Analyzes % increase/decrease over the same month last year.
Calculate as: (TY month visitors - LY month visitors)/ LY month visitors - TY% to LY
