3.      Using a = 0.05, test whether the population proportion of college graduates who smoke is not the 0.27 rate for the general population.   Assume in a sample of 800, 144 college graduates smoke.

4.Using a = 0.05, test if the population variance s2 is greater than 4.9 if a sample of size 24 yields a sample variance of 6.2.

5.      Using a a = 0.05, test for a difference in the means.
